Common assessment framework
What is an assessment? Either you or someone else on your behalf has asked the Rhondda Cynon Taf Council for help with some difficulty you are having which affects your child (or children)

Out of hours support
You can contact our Emergency Duty Team if you have an urgent problem outside normal office hours. The team provides help in a crisis to vulnerable adults, children in need and their families in Bridgend, Merthyr and Rhondda Cynon Taf County Boroughs.

The National Childminder's Association (NCMA) offers a wide range of services to childminders and parents regarding issues such as insurance and training. They operate both locally and nationally.

Support groups
Lots of different people offer family support; it could be a grandparent, next-door neighbour or a friend. Your health visitor, teacher or community group can also offer other forms of family support.
